1. Hot Thermal Oil Machines Productivity enhancement in Textile machines:
In Indian textile industry there is common scenario of hooking production machines working on Hot Thermal Oil to common source of Hot Thermal Oil Heater. Hooking without any modifications done in oil supply system to machine lead to decreased machine productivity & in effort to maintain end product quality of drying / moisture content impose for reduced machine production speed. Here client has to compromise over machine desired designed production speed & increased overhead cost like electricity, manpower & market demand. This also leads to additional capital investment in new machineries to cop up with drawback of reduced production. We have developed modifications in oil supply system to machines as per machines designed requirement. Our designed system has led to following advantages to client which is very attractive & at Par:
- Increased production rate by 30 to 40% than before modification.
- Due to increase in production machine uptime is increased & thus no need to invest in new machines capital investment.
- Uniform end product quality is achieved.
- It is very attractive that our system reduced fuel consumption by 4 to 6% inspite of increased production!
- By reducing fuel consumption greenhouse gas emission also reduced proportionately thus helping environment to keep less polluted.
- Also utility % of hot thermal oil heater is increased by operating at nearly full load.
- Same heater is utilised well to cop up production need & thus eliminating procurement of new heater & reducing capital investment.
